1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the displayed partners' website's tracking page.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal for added convenience.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

5. What is your return policy?

We have a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.

7. Are your products customizable?

Yes, some of our products are customizable. Look for the "personalize" option on the product page to add your own special touch. Please note that personalized items may have longer processing times.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time but we hope to in the future!

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at hello@gussyandthewhale.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

10. Do you have a size guide for clothing items?

Yes, we provide a size guide on each clothing product page to help you find the perfect fit for your child. Please refer to the size guide and measurements before making your purchase.

Refund Policy

At Gussy & the Whale, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make every purchase a perfect one, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our hassle-free 30-day return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at help@gussyandthewhale.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return. For defective or faulty items, please include photos of the issue and the packaging.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We’ll help you find the perfect replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Additional charges may apply.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. Make sure to send photos of the damaged item and packaging to help@gussyandthewhale.com.

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. We will send out a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

Please note that sale items, clearance products, or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind.
